Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company’s culture, values, and benefits to potential hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern hiring techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
