Responsibility
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for restaurant staff across all outlets.
- Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet operational demands and seasonal fluctuations.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, such as employment contracts, payroll coordination, and employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent in the hospitality sector.
- Organize and conduct orientation programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture and operational workflows.
- Monitor employee performance, address grievances, and facilitate training programs to enhance team productivity and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and generate reports on recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline administrative processes, improve efficiency, and support outlet managers in daily HR-related queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for high-volume roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
