Responsibility
- Assist the HR Manager in administering compensation and benefits (C&B) programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing, verifying accuracy and timely disbursement for all employees.
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, onboarding documents, and offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate performance review cycles, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in the creative, media, or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
