Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively engaging high-potential candidates.
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company’s culture, values, and opportunities across various platforms.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
