Responsibility
- Develop and execute leadership development programs tailored to mid-to-senior management teams.
- Design and deliver high-impact training modules (e.g., soft skills, technical upskilling, DEI initiatives).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted talent development plans.
- Oversee strategic internal communications to ensure alignment with L&D objectives and company culture.
- Measure and analyze the ROI of training programs using KPIs like engagement rates, performance improvements, and retention.
- Facilitate workshops, mentorship programs, and cross-functional learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors or consultants to source specialized training content.
- Stay abreast of global L&D trends and integrate best practices into organizational strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design (e.g., ADDIE model), and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Certifications such as ATD (Association for Talent Development), SHRM, or CIPD are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
