Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices (coursework or prior experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a multicultural workplace.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute proactively to HR projects.
