Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze key OHI (Organizational Health Index) metrics, including talent mapping, workforce fulfillment, and turnover trends to identify improvement areas.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct talent assessments and succession planning to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute organizational development programs.
- Support the HCBP Manager in employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management with actionable insights.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate L&D programs to upskill employees.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in HRIS and Excel.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with OHI frameworks, talent mapping, and workforce planning.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are highly desirable.
- Passion for driving organizational change and improving employee experience.
