Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits, social funds, and statutory contributions (e.g., BPJS in Indonesia).
- Maintain and update HR records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate office administration tasks, such as procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and statutory benefits (e.g., BPJS).
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to improving HR processes.
