Responsibility

- Liaise with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to facilitate workforce planning and deployment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, reporting progress to senior management.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or healthcare administration.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
