Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and updates in HR systems.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips, tax calculations, and other payroll-related documentation.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Liaise with external parties such as tax authorities, insurance providers, and auditors as needed.
- Generate HR and payroll reports for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee records and sensitive information.
- Support HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and payroll processing, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
