Responsibility
- Assist HR team with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and precision.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and social media outreach.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and analyze key performance metrics.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or training programs as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support departmental operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
