Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, payroll processing, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and resolving disputes.
- Manage employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes for seamless transitions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
- Lead HR projects, such as system upgrades or process automation, to optimize workflows.
- Provide guidance and training to HR staff and department heads on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing attendance systems, payroll, and employee contracts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
