Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in alignment with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles, preferably in retail or large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
