As our Senior Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring our payroll systems are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with Philippine labor regulations. You will be a strategic partner to the business, leveraging data-driven insights to improve HR service delivery and enhance the employee experience. Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily HR operations, including end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to statutory compliance and local tax regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive employee personnel records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for labor compliance and internal audits, proactively addressing potential legal or operational risks.
- Analyze HR metrics and operational KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Finance and Legal, to ensure seamless organizational alignment.
- Mentor and develop the HR operations team to foster a culture of service excellence and high performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll management, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Deep, working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and tax regulations.
- Proven expertise in managing HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business improvements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
