Are you a seasoned HR leader with a passion for operational excellence? Sagility is seeking a high-caliber HR Operations & Payroll Sr. Manager to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our people operations, ensuring seamless processes that empower our workforce and maintain strict organizational compliance.

As our Senior Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring our payroll systems are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with Philippine labor regulations. You will be a strategic partner to the business, leveraging data-driven insights to improve HR service delivery and enhance the employee experience. Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee daily HR operations, including end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to statutory compliance and local tax regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee personnel records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for labor compliance and internal audits, proactively addressing potential legal or operational risks.
  • Analyze HR metrics and operational KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Finance and Legal, to ensure seamless organizational alignment.
  • Mentor and develop the HR operations team to foster a culture of service excellence and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll management, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Deep, working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and tax regulations.
  • Proven expertise in managing HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business improvements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
