Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions for assigned sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and support business growth.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure operational stability.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries is highly desirable.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
