Responsibility
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and investments to optimize financial performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage.
