Responsibility

  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and reconciliations to maintain financial records integrity.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST/SST regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
  • Process and verify staff claims, expenses, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers, ensuring accurate depreciation and valuation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in audits and financial reviews by providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GST/SST regulations and financial compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
