Responsibility

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for the Philippines site, ensuring 100% accuracy and strict adherence to timelines.
  • Manage employee time and attendance data, verifying hours worked, leaves, and overtime against internal records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, tax filings, and social security contributions in accordance with government mandates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive employee payroll information and records.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll workflows and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support year-end tax processing and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to employees regarding payroll calculations, deductions, and benefit adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data without errors.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and helpful demeanor.
