Responsibility

  • Manage and streamline HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  • Administer and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  • Design, implement, and communicate competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies and market standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies, conducting regular audits to mitigate risks.
  • Provide exceptional employee support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with business objectives and employee needs.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compensation and benefits, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or local platforms) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
