Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination for Mandarin-speaking roles.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Support payroll administration and benefits coordination, liaising with finance and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks, including office management, supply ordering, and vendor communications.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on HR metrics, operational performance, and process improvements.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions to foster team engagement and development.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
