Responsibility
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR databases.
- Process and monitor attendance, leave requests, and timesheet data using digital tools.
- Administer BPJS (health and social security) registrations, contributions, and claims for all staff.
- Generate and distribute HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism) to management on a regular basis.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation and exit interviews.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, such as training programs and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
