Responsibility
- Supervise daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
- Resolve employee issues and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, including BPJS (social security) administration.
- Prepare and submit routine HR reports to management for decision-making.
- Coordinate with department heads to address staffing needs and operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
- Support HR initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee relations effectively.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
