Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of onboarding materials, including contracts, handbooks, and orientation schedules.
- Coordinate with new hires to ensure all pre-employment requirements (e.g., documents, background checks) are completed promptly.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and onboarding tracking systems with accuracy.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and benefits.
- Liaise with IT, facilities, and other departments to arrange workstations, access credentials, and equipment for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with managers and new hires to address any concerns or questions.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and integration programs for new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
