Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both local and foreign workers, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee work permit and visa applications for expatriate employees, liaising with government agencies.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on workforce management and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws, particularly in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia is a plus.
