Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring trends, and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
