Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement in compliance with local regulations.
  • Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings for employees.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, from job postings to new hire orientation.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and organize professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with local systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
