Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement in compliance with local regulations.
- Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings for employees.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, from job postings to new hire orientation.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and organize professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with local systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
