Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
