Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
