As the HR Mandarin Manager, you will oversee end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with local labor laws and company objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, team-building activities, and conflict resolution.
- Manage HR documentation, records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English. Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
