Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives in the wellness sector.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates for diverse roles.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving conflicts with fairness and professionalism.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition schemes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop L&D programs that enhance skills and productivity.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement in workforce management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive HR innovations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and adapting HR practices to diverse teams.
