Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for engineering and corporate roles.
- Design and manage performance management systems, employee development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations in a multinational or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
