Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, focusing on talent management, recruitment, and retention.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure the attraction of high-caliber candidates.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions while promoting a positive work environment.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, conducting market research to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration packages.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs to boost morale and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and develop succession plans for critical roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development in a multicultural environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in compliance and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
