Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Design and execute employee development programs, including training, career pathing, and performance management systems.
- Manage payroll administration, benefits, and compensation structures in collaboration with finance and leadership teams.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Conduct workforce planning and analytics to optimize staffing levels and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure HR compliance with local regulations, including work permits, contracts, and health/safety standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, team-building, and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management or generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
