Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of HR team members to ensure high productivity and engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
