Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and branch-specific needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction across multiple locations.
- Partner with management and department heads to design and execute talent development programs, including training, performance management, and career growth initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage HR administrative functions, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities, to enhance morale and retention.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and recommend proactive adjustments to HR strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or Generalist role, preferably in healthcare or multi-branch organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in remote or hybrid work environments.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
