Abu Zahra Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to lead the human capital strategy for our renowned brands: Dhubai, Smoll, Dipfry, and TIGA. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations in Bali, ensuring that our team culture reflects our commitment to culinary excellence and superior service.
As our HR Manager, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from strategic recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering an environment where talent can thrive. Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the group's business goals across all restaurant brands.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance on training, development, and career progression.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in the Bali region.
- Lead workforce planning and manage staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced F&B environment.
