Responsibility
- Coordinate and facilitate internal Learning & Development (L&D) training programs and workshops.
- Maintain and update employee training records and learning management systems.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Provide support in HR administrative tasks, such as leave management, payroll data entry, and maintenance of personnel files.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and workplace policies.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company culture events.
- Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing data to improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and employment regulations is preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
