As the HR & IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and technology infrastructure. Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent in Bali and beyond.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions that enhance productivity and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and IT regulations in Indonesia.
- Drive workplace culture initiatives that foster inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Monitor HR and IT budgets, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with additional experience in IT leadership preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and IT compliance standards.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ERP systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
