Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate and conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for entry-level positions.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Contribute to employee development programs, including training coordination and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Availability to commit to a minimum 3-6 month internship (full-time or part-time).
