Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee onboarding, orientation programs, and engagement activities.
- Help maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, market trends, and benchmarking data.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Participate in HR-related projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
