Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle data entry tasks related to personnel information, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scanning, and correspondence.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Conduct research and compile reports on HR-related topics as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of SMK (Vocational High School) or D3 (Diploma).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in HR or administration is a plus.
