Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports to track team performance against KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Generate insightful performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather and compile data for forecasting and strategic planning.
- Support the development of sales presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing sales documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to sales managers and executives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
