Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Support employee relations initiatives by helping to address employee inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development programs, including organizing workshops, tracking training attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits (C&B) programs, including data entry, payroll support, and benefits enrollment.
- Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Participate in HR operations tasks, such as preparing reports, updating HR policies, and supporting HR projects as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws (prior coursework or internship experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude toward learning and taking on new challenges.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
