Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and Indonesian labor laws.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment regulations.
- Coordinate general affairs functions, including office administration, vendor management, and facility operations.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess workforce productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management on organizational development and change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and employee relations.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, with experience in full-cycle hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local employment practices is advantageous.
