Responsibility
- Assist in designing and implementing Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Support HR projects focused on talent management, performance improvement, and change management.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices, industry trends, and employee feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Help coordinate training and development programs, including onboarding, workshops, and leadership development sessions.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in HR process improvements, including digitization and automation of HR workflows.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Organizational Development, talent management, or HR strategy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with HR software/tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a collaborative team setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months) with a hybrid work arrangement.
