Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as contracts and reports.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including events and communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and assist in HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
