Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation materials.
- File and organize HR documents, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Help manage employee benefits administration and respond to basic HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR communications, including memos and announcements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, providing fresh perspectives and ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
