Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or administration is a plus.
