As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for retail and corporate roles.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to local and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and BPJS (social security) requirements.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, leveraging HRIS tools for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, Manpower Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan), and BPJS.
- Proven experience with recruitment, payroll processing, and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
