Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Act as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic support to management and employees.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is advantageous.
