Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to foster professional growth and development.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Organize and participate in school events and activities to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
